FusionWA is WhatsApp Business Cloud API infrastructure for software houses and SaaS companies: it lets a software product offer WhatsApp to every one of its customers, who connect their own WhatsApp Business number through Meta Embedded Signup in about 60 seconds. The software gets a REST API and webhooks.

Who we are

FusionWA is a Fusionsoft product, the software brand of Fusion Media di Luca Gabriele Pantea (Italian VAT number 13148540969). Fusionsoft builds business software (fusionsoft.it), and FusionWA also powers WhatsApp inside Fusionsoft's own products.

What FusionWA does

  • Operates as a Meta Tech Provider, running Meta Embedded Signup on behalf of the software that integrates it.
  • Stores each customer's Meta access token encrypted (AES-256-GCM).
  • Sends template messages through the WhatsApp Business Cloud API and forwards incoming events to the integrator's webhook.
  • Supports Coexistence: customers already using the WhatsApp Business app on their phone can keep it, where Meta allows it.
  • Does not archive message content: it forwards it to the customer's software.

Where it runs

The service runs on servers rented from Hostinger. Payments are handled by Stripe, and messaging goes through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Details are in the privacy policy.
